Why Clients Choose Pilates In Motion, LLC

My approach to teaching Pilates has been shaped by two lifelong passions: understanding movement and helping people discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

For more than 20 years, I’ve taught Classical Pilates to people of all ages and abilities. At the same time, I’ve spent over four decades in the equestrian world, competing through the FEI levels of dressage and studying the connection between horse and rider.

Working with riders has taught me to notice the smallest details of movement—how balance, alignment, breathing, and body awareness influence every step we take, whether we’re in the saddle or simply living our daily lives.

That same attention to detail is what I bring to every session.

Whether you’re a lifelong athlete, recovering from an injury, or stepping onto a Reformer for the very first time, every lesson is tailored to your body, your goals, and where you are today.

My goal isn’t to teach you how to do Pilates perfectly. It’s to help you move with greater confidence, strength, and ease—both in the studio and in everyday life.
