I am so happy to announce that I will be doing two clinics at Topline Farm this fall.

This is a great way to see how Pilates can help you achieve a better seat, and accomplish your goals.

The Pilates barn clinic involves mat and mounted sessions.

We start with a group mat class, and then those who choose can trailer their horse in and take a 45 minute mounted session. In the mounted session I work to bring what you learn on the mat into the saddle. This will help you with your position, alignment, and effectiveness of your aids.

You can participate in the clinic three ways and pre registration is required:

1) Mat and Mounted $85

2) Mat only $30

3) Audit $10
