In light of this unprecedented epidemic we find ourselves in I am now offering group virtual mat classes three days a week twice a day.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 1pm is Intermediate to advanced

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4pm Equestrain Beginner

I am also doing one-on-one for apparatus and mat by appointment. Just text or email me your day and time request and I’ll get you set up.

All you need is an internet connection and a phone, tablet, or laptop. I do recommend downloading zoom 15 minutes prior to your first class.

On the plus side of zoom, you can record the class and replay whenever you’d like on your own too.

The price for these is $20 per session or $150 for a package of ten. I take Venmo, PayPal, or credit cards.

I will be running this schedule indefinitely and hope to see you on the mat!
